Estimates and quotes

Quotes provided from photos or descriptions are estimates based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed once we inspect the vehicle in person, since the actual depth and extent of damage can differ from what a photo shows. We will always confirm the price with you before starting any work.

Our repair work

We perform cosmetic paint repair, including scratch, scuff and chip repair, using color matched paint and standard refinishing methods. While we work to make every repair blend with your existing finish, results can vary with the age, condition and original finish of your vehicle's paint. We will discuss expectations with you before beginning.

Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. If a repair we performed fails due to our work — such as paint lifting or a poor color match — within a reasonable period, we will correct it. This warranty does not cover new damage, normal wear, or issues caused by accidents, neglect or work performed by others after our repair.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed in writing. We will explain accepted payment methods when you schedule your service.

Limitation of liability

Our liability for any repair is limited to the amount you paid for that repair. We are not responsible for indirect or incidental losses. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
